Lelelele is the Hawaiian word for butterfly, which symbolizes the transformation from a caterpillar into a butterfly. My transformation started in Portugal and continued in Hawaii, gaining clarity from the Lombok waves, and shape in India. My journey led to the creation of this website that went live in Sri Lanka. I could not have done this journey with without my friends and family.

 I began my professional journey 14 years ago. Though I moved through various industries, my area of expertise always remained the same; optimizing the supply chain and buying practices. I spend most of my professional career in fashion (10+ years) varying from an established local retailer to a global denim brand. Witnessing up close how complex and challenging it is to improve transparency in the value chain for established companies, I decided to move on with my journey to make a change.

As I always remembered my dream of starting my own company, and I thought its time to put the change in action. And now, here it is.

Through this website or/and with my expertise, I would like to show you how supply chains can be different. In the form of an actual garment that you can buy on this website or through honest expert advise for you company. 

With transparency, open cost calculation, and information about where the products are coming from, I believe that we can support communities around the world that need to make a living. 

I aim to help other companies improve their supply chains, specifically in the buying/sourcing department and managing teams. Through honest expert advise, tailor made for your companies needs. By working closely with the staff and understanding the company's goals, I can help optimize processes, increase team happiness, and improve business outcomes.
